U.S Shipping
[When will my item ship?]...
Orders can take up to 2-3 days to be processed and shipped.
The shipping estimator provided at checkout will take our warehouse processing times into consideration when providing estimated delivery dates. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when selecting your shipping method.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 24 business hours of shipment.
[How much does the shipping cost?]...
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final shipping cost charged to the customer.
[What if I want to cancel?]...
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched.

[How can I track my order?]...
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment
[What is Import Duties & Taxes?]...
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Beautiful Dress encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Beautiful Dress at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping carriers are not able to guarantee delivery dates at this time. Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window.
Return/Exchanges
We understand that when you need to exchange a dress, you would like to have your dream dress as soon as possible. There is no restocking fee for exchanging a dress. Therefore, our turnaround time for exchanges is fast to ensure you receive your dress in time. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process and ship your exchange.
To return or exchange your dress, a Return Authorization is required. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Beautiful Dress will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
For size and color exchanges, Beautiful Dress will provide a one-time free shipping fee for the exchanged item.
If you have used the item and decide you no longer want it, we will take it back minus a 20% restocking fee. For all other returns, the product must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
Additionally, if you choose Store Credit for a return, we will issue the full amount as Store Credit with no deductions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
